These Terms govern use of sinanarcana.io. Managed security services are subject to separate master services agreements, statements of work, and SLAs.
2. No emergency guarantee via web forms
If you are under active attack, use the 24/7 incident hotline (+880 9658-100200) rather than email alone. Web submissions are not guaranteed real-time monitoring.
3. Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer proprietary platforms described on the site, or misrepresent affiliation with Sinan Arcana.
4. Confidentiality of case studies
Published case studies are anonymised or authorised by clients. You may not reuse them to imply endorsement without written consent.
5. Professional services disclaimer
Performance metrics on this site (response times, recovery statistics) reflect past engagements under specific conditions. They are not guarantees for future incidents. Service-level commitments apply only as written in executed SLAs and are excluded from website Terms liability caps in Section 6.
6. Liability
For free use of sinanarcana.io only, TTPG's aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at one hundred United States dollars (USD 100) to the extent permitted by law. Managed security service liability is governed by your executed master services agreement and SLAs and is not limited by this website cap.
7. Law and venue
Bangladesh law governs these website terms. Courts in Dhaka have jurisdiction.
